Plurality Peer Session

Service Description

This offerings is a phone-a-friend service for people experiencing trauma-based plurality. After spending the last 3 years exploring my own experience of multiplicity and involved in plural communities, I found that plural people have a deep need for outer social support but, due to the risks, rarely get access to it. The same skills I fostered in becoming a doula are very helpful in being a good friend. I am thoroughly trauma-informed, versed in plural terms, have an understanding of core and structural dissociation theories of multiplicity, and have a very centered and grounded presence. This offering is a peer service; I don't offer any facilitation for plural people at this time (aside from my doula services).
