Join us for a Heart of Now Introduction & Practice Group!
All welcome!
Come for an evening of self-exploration. Practice being present with yourself while in the company of others. Discover how being curious and allowing your feelings, thoughts and body signals to be expressed can bring more enegry, clarity, peace and authenticity to your life.
Time: Thursday, April 19th, 6:00-9:00 PM
Come at 6:00 for tea and mingling so you can get settled before we start. Bring snacks to share if you're able!
Please arrive by 6 so you can get settled before our grounding starts at 6:15 PM, we will go until 9:00 PM.
