My Services
As a working doula, I provide a great variety of services - all with the aim of helping to work through and heal trauma.

My services vary from simple trauma education to in-person guided healing sessions. I also provide support with communication, inner child work, shadow work, and even ethical loving.
[In-Person] Trauma Healing Sessions
Releasing trauma can be an incredibly overwhelming experience. I often find that people can shut down when attempting to do it by themselves for the first time.
An in-person trauma healing session is designed to support your body and spirit in the recognition and release of trauma. I guide you into the pain and support you emotionally and spiritually as you face and release it.
This healing session is likely to be comprised of a few virtual/in-person conversations, followed by at least one lengthy in-person session.
[Virtual] Trauma Support and Education
Our world is in a constant state of trauma and contraction. To the point where even normally non-traumatized folks are exhibiting signs of trauma response.

I offer trauma education and support to both the survivors of trauma and to those who love a survivor.
This education is fully adapted to the individuals needs and goals. It can cover (but isn't limited to):

-the science of trauma
-shadow work
-inner child/family system work
-emotional and somatic skills support
-guided textual learning
...and more.

These are likely to be a longer-term stint of weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
[Virtual] Communication Coaching
For many with backgrounds in trauma and trauma-bonded relationships, communication can be our biggest hinderance to fulfilling and healthy connection.

I offer guidance with effective communication based in both Non-Violent Communication and Buddhist principles.
These are likely to be a short stint of weekly or bi-weekly [virtual] sessions.
[Virtual/In-Person] Mediation Facilitation
Misunderstandings are a common occurence for most people. However, how do we heal the relationship when that misunderstanding feels insurmountable?
Perhaps a facilitated mediation is the answer. I've guided dozens of people through tough interpersonal and professional conflicts. Using principles from Non-Violent Communication, I am able to help all sides be seen, while opening up a space for true connection.

Mediations are likely to be comprised of a handful of text and phone conversations with all involved parties, followed by at least one in-person/virtual facilitated session between the parties.
[In-Person] Trauma-Informed Business Support
In this day and age, being trauma-informed isn't just a personal priority. More and more businesses are coming to understand the need to be informed on how to treat employees and customers alike.

I offer in-house education and support for businesses looking to become more trauma-informed and ethical in their practices.

My trauma-informed business support is fully customized for your business, but is likely to include:
-lecture-style teaching sessions
-customized learning materials
-continued communication and support meetings with management
-availability [by text or phone] to employees/management
[Virtual] Ethical Non-Monogamy Support
Ethical non-monogamy can feel a bit 'off-topic' when people are looking at trauma information. However, as a practicing polyamorist of 12+ years, I have found that the skillset for ethical non-monogamy and for the support of traumatized humans are very parallel. That being said, ethical non-monogamy can be great, and it can end in disaster.
I offer guidance for anyone seeking to explore different ways of loving, while wanting to remain ethical and safe. This guidance will often be paired with learning and textual research.

This kind of support is likely to be a combination of reading, self-guided homework, support via text, and weekly or bi-weekly virtual sessions.
