About the event
This is my introductory class to Non-Violent Communication. Learn the basics on how to 'speak the language' of communicating in a compassionate, holistic way. You will go home with in-hand and digital resources for review and further learning.
The first 1.5 hours will be the main meat of the class, while I will leave a half hour at the end open for questions and deeper discussion.
This workshop is being hosted at East Blair Housing Co-op, which is another wonderful Eugene area 'intentional community'. I've found that hosting these communication events in community spaces makes the experience that much more authentic and genuine.
