About the event
This is my introductory class to Non-Violent Communication. Learn the basics on how to 'speak the language' of communicating in a compassionate, holistic way. You will go home with in-hand and digital resources for review and further learning.
The first 1.5 hours will be the main meat of the class, while I will leave a half hour at the end open for questions and deeper discussion.
There is an organic, vegetarian dinner offered by Lost Valley Education Center for a cost of $7 directly following the workshop (payment taken at dinner), for those who are interested in meeting an NVC community.
